Enrollment
You've looked over RCC's website, talked to some happy parents, and decided you want to enroll your child at Reston Children's Center.
We're delighted you've chosen RCC, but before you fill out an application form we highly encourage you and your child to come see RCC in action for yourselves. We want to ensure that parents and children alike will be happy with some of the features that make RCC unique, such as our open classroom environment for preschool and school-aged children, and the benefits and requirements of being a parent-owned cooperative.
Please give us a call at (703) 476-8150 to arrange a tour with our executive director or one of our program directors.
If you are unable to come in for a tour, please call our executive director to learn more about RCC, to ask any questions you may have, and to request the necessary application forms.
Infant
For the Infant Program, you may choose to enroll your child for five days a week, three days a week or two days a week, and you may pick up and drop off your child any time during regular business hours.
Toddler
For the Toddler Program, you may choose to enroll your child for five days a week, three days a week or two days a week, and you may pick up and drop off your child any time during regular business hours.
Full Day Preschool
For the Full-day Preschool Program, you may choose to enroll your child for five days a week, three days a week or two days a week , and you may pick up and drop off your child any time during regular business hours (although we encourage children to be dropped off by 9 am to take full advantage of the day's activities).
Part Day Preschool- CLOSED FOR THE YEAR
The Part-day Preschool Program follows a slightly different pattern; it runs from September to mid-June and follows the Fairfax County public school schedule. The two-and-a-half-year-old group meet Thursday and Friday mornings; the three-year-old group meets Monday through Wednesday mornings; and the four-year-old group meets Monday through Friday mornings. Part-day preschool hours are from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. (Program is closed for the year)
