Community Outreach
Virginia Model School Program
Beginning in the fall of 1992, RCC was funded by the Virginia Council
on Child Day Care and Early Childhood Programs as one of five model
programs in the state. Other child care professionals came to RCC
for technical assistance and mentoring. Funding from the state ended
in June 1995, but RCC was awarded several grants from Freddie Mac
to continue the program.
