RCC’s Exceptional Staff

Reston Children’s Center’s staff is diverse, well-trained and experienced. Many staff members have advanced degrees, including Masters’ degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, Children’s Literature and other related fields.

All staff continue their professional development through seminars, workshops and courses. RCC’s staff turnover rate is quite low. More than 50% of RCC's staff have been with the center between 10 and 25 years.
